NogenxAI is currently in BETA mode and is provided free of charge specifically for JKBOSE 12th standard students. As a beta service:

• The service may be unstable, incomplete, or contain errors
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• We may suspend or terminate the service at any time
• Data loss or corruption may occur

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or performance of the platform.

2. Service Description

NogenxAI provides AI-powered exam prediction and analysis services. The platform:

• Analyzes past exam papers to identify patterns
• Generates predictions about potential exam questions
• Creates mock exams based on historical data

Our predictions are probabilistic and should be used as study aids only. We do not guarantee exam success or accuracy of predictions.

3. User Eligibility

To use NogenxAI, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload malicious content or copyrighted materials without permission
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Use the service to cheat or violate academic integrity policies
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NogenxAI are owned by NogenxAI Systems and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the materials you upload, but grant us a license to process and analyze them for service delivery.

6. Academic Integrity

NogenxAI is designed as a study tool to help students prepare more efficiently. It is your responsibility to:

• Use predictions ethically and in accordance with your institution's policies
• Not rely solely on our predictions for exam preparation
• Understand that exam boards may change patterns at any time

We are not responsible for any academic misconduct or violations resulting from the use of our service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NogenxAI, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NogenxAI at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time during the beta period. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction where NogenxAI operates.
